This belief, and the guilt that it creates, lies within our unconscious mind. We unconsciously project this belief in separation and guilt out into the world, creating our experiences of pain and suffering.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness, paying precise, nonjudgmental attention to the details of our experience as it arises and subsides, doesn't reject anything. Instead of struggling to get away from experiences we find difficult, we practice being able to be with them. Equally, we bring mindfulness to pleasant experiences as well.

Movement Meditation

Not everyone is suited to all meditation techniques. Some people do really well lying down or sitting still, and other people are suited to meditation that occurs during repetitive movement. Some people use both, depending on the circumstances and what they prefer.
